Building on Adair’s model, this course offers a holistic approach to leadership by balancing the needs of the task, the team, and the individual. Session 3: Practical Leadership Skills

  • Effective communication and active listening.
  • Delegation and empowerment.
  • Conflict resolution and team motivation.

Session 4: Applying ACL in Leadership

  • Case studies and role-playing exercises to apply ACL principles.
  • Real-world leadership scenarios and decision-making challenges.
  • Action planning for implementing ACL in participants’ leadership roles.
