Course overview
The course is designed for public sector advisors with at least five years’ experience, particularly those working on advice requiring contributions and approvals from multiple parties.
Familiarity with multicriteria analysis and intervention logic models is useful but not required.
This course helps you build the skills needed to produce robust advice for decision makers when under real time pressure, particularly where multiple parties are involved. It shows participants how to identify which parts of a policy process can be safely accelerated, and how.
