Course Modules
Day 1: Defining Success and Building the Right Mindset
The course begins by exploring what success means to each participant across work and life. Participants then examine the mindset of successful people and reflect on how their own thinking habits support—or hinder—their progress. Practical strategies for identifying and managing stress are introduced, along with guided discussions and case studies to illustrate the behaviours in action.
Day 2: Tools, Techniques, and Real-World Application
Day two focuses on action. Participants learn tools to improve productivity and performance, navigate anxiety and conflict, and work more effectively with others. The group also analyses real examples and case studies to draw lessons from diverse experiences. The day concludes with a deep dive into how to measure and manage personal progress using the 10 Behaviours of Success framework.
Follow-Up Coaching Session
Two weeks after the workshop, participants receive a private one-hour coaching session to consolidate their learning, address specific challenges, and embed new behaviours for lasting success.
