Here's what others are saying
“I found this course really valuable learning for my work. It was very interactive, which made learning interesting. There are lots of opportunities throughout to work on practical problems and get advice, which is very useful too.”
“Great value, learned heaps and the practical aspects of how to apply (ethically) the persuasion techniques learned was awesome.”
“Jenny Mac Donald has this course really well thought through and has clearly structured it to keep her class captivated and engaged. I found all the topics very useful and I could have easily spent more time on each of them over a longer course. The topics really allowed me to reflect and gain insight into my own emotional intelligence. As a result it has given me better insight into others who may have different motivators from me and use the new tools that the course has equipped me to engage and influence stakeholders/decision makers in a more effective manner.”
