Course overview

Feedback is one of the most powerful drivers of learning, performance and retention, yet many people find it uncomfortable to give and hard to receive. This interactive workshop equips participants with the mindset, language and tools to have feedback conversations that are clear, respectful and future-focused. Drawing on evidence-based frameworks and practical exercises, participants will learn to give feedback that motivates change and receive feedback with openness and curiosity, even when it feels uncomfortable.
