She brings a breadth of practical Stakeholder Engagement experience which spans government agencies, banking and not for profits where she has helped improve policies, processes, customer interaction and IT systems.

Laurna has a passion for inclusion and diversity and is certified as a coach and trainer in the four stages of psychological safety.
