Course overview

Effective leadership is about achieving results through others, and success starts with understanding personal strengths. The Emerging Leaders Programme is an immersive three-day course designed to equip new and aspiring leaders with practical tools, real-world strategies, and the confidence to lead effectively.

Delivered through interactive workshops, group discussions, and practical exercises, this programme bridges leadership theory with hands-on application. Participants will explore key leadership principles, develop essential communication and decision-making skills, and learn how to adapt their leadership style for greater impact.

Ideal for professionals stepping into leadership roles or those looking to enhance their leadership capabilities, this course provides a solid foundation for success. Participants will leave with a deeper self-awareness, a personalised leadership toolkit, and the skills to inspire and empower others.

Prior to the course start date, participants will complete an online DiSC Diagnostic to identify their preferred working style and learn how to apply this insight in their workplace to enhance their leadership effectiveness.
