Lawrence Green is an AI strategist, educator and facilitator with more than 30 years of experience helping professionals and organisations strengthen capability, navigate complexity and improve performance. His work now focuses particularly on how human and artificial intelligence can be deliberately combined to improve professional work, thinking and performance.

He brings extensive experience across strategy, leadership, organisational change, performance psychology, facilitation and capability development, alongside hands-on experience applying AI in professional and organisational contexts. This combination enables him to approach AI not primarily as a technology, but through the lens of human capability, knowledge work and organisational performance.
