Course overview

Practical Project Management is a two-day course designed to build confidence and capability in managing projects from start to finish. Ideal for aspiring project managers or professionals who already contribute to project teams and looking to formalise their skills, this course explains the project management process and introduces proven tools and techniques for success. Participants will learn how to define project scope, estimate time and cost, develop schedules, manage risks, and engage stakeholders.
