Course overview

This course is designed to build on the foundational knowledge acquired in the Foundations of Unconscious Bias course, supporting participants to develop a deep and comprehensive understanding of the complexity of unconscious biases, its manifestation, and its management. Delivered as a 3-hour online synchronous session, the course is targeted at individuals who have completed the introductory course and want to further enhance their knowledge and skills in recognising, mitigating, and responding to bias. Through lectures, small group discussions and simulations, participants will work to develop individualised action plans aimed at addressing specific issues of bias within their work and/or personal lives.
