Course overview
Our workplaces are becoming increasingly fast-paced and complex and we have to be more adaptable and resilient than ever before.
On this highly interactive and engaging one-day workshop, based on some of the latest research in Positive Psychology and Neuroscience, you’ll deepen your understanding of how we deal with challenge and explore strategies to boost your own resilience. You will walk away with helpful tools and greater confidence to not only deal with challenge, but grow from it. This course is capped at 16 so book early.
