Course overview

In today’s fast-paced and demanding work environments, resilience is a critical skill for maintaining wellbeing and sustaining performance. This one-day interactive workshop draws on the latest insights from Positive Psychology and Neuroscience to help participants understand how resilience works and how it can be strengthened. Through practical tools, reflective exercises, and group discussion, participants will explore personal responses to stress and learn strategies to recover, adapt, and grow through challenge.

Designed for professionals at all levels who want to better navigate change, pressure, or uncertainty, this workshop is especially valuable for those in high-demand roles or leadership positions.

Participants will leave with greater self-awareness, evidence-based techniques for building resilience, and the confidence to apply them in everyday work situations—enhancing both personal effectiveness and team contribution.
