Agile Delivery Approaches – Lean, Scrum and Kanban: Gain a high-level understanding of the most widely used agile frameworks. Learn how Lean thinking informs agile delivery, and dive into the roles, workflows, and rhythms of Scrum and Kanban.

Leading in an agile environment: Discover what it means to lead in an agile context. Explore the shift from control to enablement, and learn how to support empowered, high-performing teams.

Agile Jargon and Myth Buster: Cut through the buzzwords. Learn the real meaning behind common agile terms, and debunk the myths that often confuse or derail agile adoption.
