Course overview

This is an interactive, informative, fun class where we learn about the theory and put it immediately into practice.

Together we’ll uncover the history of agile, we’ll learn how agile delivery and leadership is different to more traditional approaches, and will participate in activities that help embed our learning.

We’ll focus on the world’s most popular agile delivery approaches – Scrum and Kanban – and will unpack the associated roles, responsibilities, jargon and misconceptions.

Further Information

In-person, interactive sessions are an excellent way to learn and embed knowledge.

Our small group size enables personal attention, and allows us to learn from attendees as well as the facilitator.

We’ll blend theory with actual case studies to bring the learning to life, and although Erika is an agile advocate, shy won’t shy away from addressing challenges and common pitfalls in implementation.

Here's what others are saying
