Sean is recognised internationally as an expert in the profession of project management. He specializes in partnering with organisations and individuals to assess, and improve, their level of portfolio, program and project management capability and competency. Over the course of his 25 yearlong project management career he has worked with some of the world’s leading IT, mining, energy production, space exploration, construction, telecommunications, transport, research, mining and primary production organisations to improve their level of project management proficiency.

He has developed and delivered project management training from introductory level to tertiary level, and presented it around the globe. He is a regular conference speaker and is also the author of several books on project management best practice.

In 2016, he was recognized as one of the top 123 Global Influencers of the profession of project management and he has been a judge on the Project Management Institute international awards since 2017.

All of his consulting advice and experience is based upon a broad project management background. He has successfully managed complex construction, IT, infrastructure and telecommunication projects.
