Dr. Paul Wood specialises in assisting others build the skillset of emotional intelligence. His workshops enable attendees to recognize, understand, and manage their own and others’ emotions more effectively. These are skills directly associated with leadership, performance, relationship success, navigating change and uncertainty, and life satisfaction. Paul works with everyone from senior leaders in Google and Nike to at risk-teens.
