
Andrew Fox
Andrew brings experience as a senior leadership developer and practitioner specialising in leadership under pressure, building teams and operating in ambiguous environments. He has had a diverse military background ranging from his first appointment studying as an officer cadet at the Australian Defence Force Academy through to leading the New Zealand Army’s two largest and most complex operational deployments (Timor Leste and Afghanistan). Andrew has held senior leadership, training and strategy appointments across the globe in locations as varied as Bosnia Herzegovina, Ghana, Malaysia, and India.
In addition to these roles, he was also selected as Commandant of the Army Command School responsible for leadership development and training for the New Zealand Army. He brings the unique blend of leadership facilitator, academic theory and proven leadership experience to the teams and individuals he works with.
After leaving the Army in 2020, Andrew is now an accredited Leadership Coach and Facilitator. His work is primarily in the areas of:
• High potential and emerging leaders.
• Team building and development.
• Strategy design and facilitation.
• Development, design and delivery of long and short term leadership programmes.
• Senior executive coaching and facilitation.
Andrew is a firm believer in lifelong learning and as such along the way has gained three masters degrees (Business Administration, Strategic Studies and Philosophy) and attended Cambridge University’s Advanced Leadership Programme.
