Workplace Māori

We are excited to share with you the changes we have made to our suite of courses offered in our Māori Programmes. Our most popular te reo course is Workplace Māori, this is offered as a public course, but often, is tailored for organisations as a private course delivered in house.  Workplace Māori is an introduction to the language with a focus on pronunciation and development of a pepeha.

In response to Maihi Karuna- The Crowns Māori strategy for Māori Language Revitalisation, and the increased use of te reo in our mainstream media we have added two more levels of Workplace Māori to support both individuals and organisations to further incorporate te reo Māori into their daily lives  and increase their ability to engage with Māori.

Workplace Maori Levels 2 and 3, extends on your basic knowledge of te reo to acquire an appreciation for the language and a greater understanding of its grammar. The course will develop your confidence to use te reo correctly in different contexts, and as always, is delivered in an interactive fun and safe environment with no assessment.
