Day 1
- Investing in Your Most Important Asset – Self-Leadership: In this foundational session, you will discover the importance of self-leadership and how it impacts your effectiveness as a strategic leader.
- Creating and Communicating Your Vision: In this session, you will learn how to craft a compelling vision and communicate it effectively to inspire and align your team.
Day 2
- Building Rapport: Leadership thrives on strong relationships. In this interactive module, you will explore the art of building rapport and fostering trust among your team members and key stakeholders.
- High-Performing Teams: A high-performing team is the backbone of effective leadership. In this module, you will delve into the dynamics of team development, collaboration, and motivation.
Day 3
- The Power of Storytelling: Stories have the power to captivate, inspire, and drive action. This module will teach you the art of storytelling as a leadership tool.
- Continuous Improvement: Leadership is an evolving journey. In this module, you will embrace the concept of continuous improvement, both personally and within your team.
- Translating Strategy into Action: Strategic thinking and execution are vital leadership skills. In this module, you will learn how to translate organisational strategies into actionable plans.

Format
This course is delivered as a three-day in-person workshop at our Wellington venue. It includes a mix of facilitator-led sessions, small-group exercises, and whole-group discussion. Group size is limited to 16 participants to ensure meaningful interaction and personal feedback. Morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea are provided to support networking and collaboration.
