Course overview

In today’s complex and fast-moving environment, senior leaders need more than operational expertise—they need strategic vision, the ability to influence at all levels, and the confidence to lead lasting change. Delivered over three months, ‘Strategic Leadership: Vision, Influence, and Impact’ is a three-day course designed to build these critical capabilities through practical, hands-on learning experience, reflective activities, and peer discussions that bring leadership theory to life.

This course is ideal for experienced leaders and senior managers in the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors who are ready to sharpen their strategic thinking and expand their leadership impact.

By the end of the course, participants will have greater clarity of vision, stronger influencing skills, and practical strategies to lead with purpose and deliver results in their own organisational context.
