By investing in my team, I found my own cup overflowing.” Trudy-Ann Barrett, NZ MFAT Manaaki Graduate, Jamaica

“I learnt more in these three weeks than all my years at university. All the ideas to make a project happen were crafted into one awesome team proposal.” Rick Stemm, United States

“I now feel 100x more equipped to take on leadership roles in my future career. I no longer fear responsibility; I understand it. And I know now that the best leaders are not the ones who do everything, but the ones who bring out the best in everyone.” Zahia Essahaty, New Zealand

“Participating in the GEE Leader Programme has been one of the most transformative and eye-opening experiences in my personal, academic, and professional journey…. The leadership sessions were incredibly insightful and challenged me to think differently — about the world, about my role in driving positive change, and about the qualities that make a strong and empathetic leader. I not only gained knowledge and skills, but also the courage to dream bigger and take meaningful action.” Renatha Pande, NZ MFAT Manaaki Graduate, Papua New Guinea
