Course overview

 We know bullying hurts too many tamariki and rangatahi in Aotearoa. Schools require an effective and supported solution to address this issue.

This webinar will introduce KiVa, an evidence-based bullying prevention programme developed for students in Years 2-10.

The session will cover:

  • The growing rates of bullying in Aotearoa
  • The KiVa Approach – Curriculum and Intervention
  • A clear definition of bullying behaviour
  • Group roles in a bullying situation
  • Costs and logistics – how will KiVa work in my kura?
