I have been involved in Education as a teacher of primary, intermediate and as a RTLB (Resource Teacher: Learning and Behaviour) over the last 23 years. In my roles I have witnessed the harm bullying can do to mental health, self-esteem and confidence in our young people. I am passionate about reducing this harm through KiVa’s bullying prevention programme and I look forward to engaging with kura nationwide.
