Carolin Phillips
FACILITATOR
Carolin Phillips is a trainer and coach with Maygrove Consulting. Her leadership and team building skills were sharpened while working for nine years at the Esalen Institute in California where she led a key Guest Services team. Prior to this she worked for 15 years in the learning and development industry in New Zealand. She has a degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology, and has studied NLP and Gestalt Process.
