Graham is a Research Fellow and facilitator of Hohou te Rongopai with the endorsement of Te Amorangi Kāhui Kaumātua and Te Rūnanga Hauora Māori o Te Moana a Toi (a representative body of 17 iwi) in the Bay of Plenty District Health Board (BOPDHB). Graham is on a secondment as Equity Lead to the Public Health Agency Establishment Team in the Ministry of Health, as part of the reforms of the health and disability sector. Graham is a subject matter expert in integrating te Tiriti o Waitangi, kawa and tikanga into strategy and practice, and relationship building with iwi and Māori communities.
