Chris is a leading expert in organisational development and learning design, specialising in building workforce capability across the public sector in Aotearoa New Zealand. Chris leads the design and delivery of tailored learning solutions that improve professional development and capability. She works closely with government agencies, public sector bodies, and private organisations to co-create programmes that drive meaningful change, addressing specific needs through innovative approaches to learning and development.

Throughout her career, Chris has established robust learning frameworks and built strong partnerships, demonstrating strategic leadership that supports sector growth and organisational excellence. Her collaborative approach and keen insight have made her a trusted leader in organisational development, consistently delivering results aligned with both industry and institutional objectives. With experience in vocational education and the public sector, Chris is adept at designing programmes that address evolving workforce needs, ensuring sustainable success through partnerships.

In addition to her academic qualifications, Chris has earned industry certifications, including a New Zealand Certificate in Adult and Tertiary Teaching in Adult and Continuing Education and a New Zealand Certificate in Tikanga (Mātauranga Māori). She is an accredited workplace assessor, a Kirkpatrick Certified Professional in Training Evaluation, and is recognised as a Specialist in Learning and Development by the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand (MHRINZ).
