Our Course Types

We’ve combined the depth and expertise of Te Herenga Waka—Victoria University of Wellington with the dynamic and flexible approach to learning that New Zealand business needs. Our content is developed with industry and training leaders - continually updated to keep pace with our evolving business landscape - and delivered through the following structures.

Delivered as interactive online sessions or half / full day workshops - and supported by pre-reading, workbooks and other learning resources - our short course content is designed to deliver specific skill sets.

If you’re not sure where to start, we’ve carefully curated and packaged groups of courses to address contemporary skills, goals and subject areas - such as understanding Māori language and culture; stepping into management / leadership, starting out in government; and many more.

Make skills development fast, and targeted, with micro-credentials - standalone, university level qualifications that are constantly evolved and tailored to deliver the skills that employers are demanding. With all assessment designed to be ‘work-relevant’, micro-credentials can be stacked towards industry recognised CPD, or post-graduate study such as a master’s degree - working at your pace, whenever and wherever suits you.

We can create private, customised course programmes in line with your organisation’s specific needs and training priorities. These typically involve 4 to 10 days of face-to-face contact and can be structured as intensive one-week courses, or sessions held over several months.

Courses are led by a programme director but can include contributions and presentations from a range of experts, senior practitioners, leaders in the relevant field, and your organisation’s own senior leadership team.
